    Honestly, As Dusk Falls is a pretty tough sell. It’s priced quite higher than the typical indie narrative adventure game, and while the production values are definitely there when it comes to some aspects, other aspects, like some of the action scenes and gameplay, don’t quite manage the job of holding up the game on their shoulders. As Dusk Falls feels like one of those games that ends up being the perfect argument in favor of a subscription service like Xbox Game Pass. It’s going to be difficult to convince people to buy into a game that most would only play through once, especially with the game’s $30 price tag. With Game Pass, however, it becomes an easy recommendation, owing to its interesting narrative, well thought out characters, and phenomenal pacing. I just wish the gameplay involved more than simplistic quick-time events.    … Expand

    Decisions neksulya haswhat you like. But the story has boring parts. The graphics are interesting, somewhere it works a2 Ds textura in the 3D world, and somewhere it does not. The characters are pretty good. To understand the story, there could be a second part.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. An interactive drama with difficult choices and an interesting art style. The police breach was bizarre, but I liked the characters and voice actors enough to continue playing. It is not the best in its genre but entertaining enough for a few evenings.

    The cliffhanger ending was lame, I am not a fan of pushing DLC on customers to finish the story, if it does not sell well enough you wont get closure, if it does who knows if you are still interested playing it in a few months.    … Expand

    Мой любимый жанр, игра хорошая , местами не хватает анимаций, местами анимации при стилистике игры выглядят очень смешно. В целом годно, но в последнем эпизоде я чуть не заснул

    A great game that gives 6 hours of exciting story. The basis of interactive games is the plot. The game has some issues with it, but overall the characters and their story are not repulsive. A great game for company!

    As dusk falls has good characters and a good story but it has terrible pacing. But overall i would recommend this game if your looking for a relaxing game to tune off to. I would give this game a 7 but these console war morons be crazy so.

    Una historia bastante profunda, puedo decir que es uno de los mejores Indies que eh presenciado, la historia te hace formar parte de los personajes y el arte que este conlleva me parece muy bien manejado y bonito.

    This game is a fantastic experience to fall in love with if you appreciate storytelling above all. Personally love the art style with a passion, but I get some may not be a fan of it out of the gate, still, give it a chance and you will start to appreciate it and enjoy it - or at the very least not feel like it is a detriment to the game.

    Pues la verdad que me ha molado bastante el juego aunque hay varias cositas que le bajan nota. La primera. En castellano el juego es difícil de jugar, se cortan los diálogos constantemente y pierdes información, problema que se solventa completamente al cambiar a inglés, Por lo que acabé jugándolo en inglés. Yo no tengo problema con el idioma pero es una lástima que se gasten el dinero enPues la verdad que me ha molado bastante el juego aunque hay varias cositas que le bajan nota. La primera. Сюжет достаточно типичный, очень походит на типичный американский фильм в похожем сеттинге, но от этого игра не становиться хуже. Вариативность заслуживает уважения (я как увидел анонс игры на xbox, подумал что эта игра будет такой же, как life is strange, где выбор никак не влияет на геймплей и сюжет). Думаю дажеAs Dusk Falls - игра, которая погрузила меня полностью на 8-9 часов. Сюжет достаточно типичный, очень походит на типичный американский фильм в похожем сеттинге, но от этого игра не становиться хуже. Вариативность заслуживает уважения (я как увидел анонс игры на xbox, подумал что эта игра будет такой же, как life is strange, где выбор никак не влияет на геймплей и сюжет). Думаю даже попробовать перепройти игру, но уже с другими выборами. А так из минусом могу сказать про русскую локализацию, видно, что делали её в последнюю очередь) т.к достаточно много багов и кривизны сведения.     an incredible game from the makers of interactive dramas like detroit become human and heavy rain, the story in so good and engaging and keeps you on the edge of your seat and the characters are so well written, this is easily a 10/10 game

    Even if you forgive the ham-fisted plot points, the inadequate UI, meandering nonsensical scenes, tired clichés and extremely uneven performances really sink the experience beyond the point of amusement.     Terrible "game". There is barely any gameplay at all, even less than in telltale games. The story is boring, and the characters unlikable.
    To top it off, the presentation is horrible, with a questionable graphic style consisting of slideshows.

    They forgot to finish it. it just ends, with no real conclusion and a vague cliffhanger. everything after the motel is pure padding with a garbage romance and random side stories with characters you will not care about.     Так вот, повторюсь, такой "книжный" визуальный стиль этого "типо кинца" - не самая большая проблема, хотя, конечно, это очень облегчает авторам жизнь, ничего не надо режиссировать, зачем, но первые часа 2 мне всё равно особо скучно не было, тем более вам предлагается кооператив до 8 человек, хотя сделан он "через попу", но об этом чуть позже. Дело в том, что сама история не представляет из себя никакой ценности, тут очень банальная рассказ про неудачное ограбление братьями из не очень благополучной семьи, вместе с которыми в передрягу засасывает ещё парочку обычных гражданских, и, да, несомненно, есть любители таких сюжетов, и вообще эта концепция способна создать "напряжение/переживание" за персонажей, но не тут.. Лично я очень насмотренный фильмами, просто пробивал себе лоб от "шаблонности" и клишированности каждого здешнего персонажа, сюжетные повороты и перепетии также состоят из клише.. вот просто представьте себе типичный фильм про ограбление, растянутый на 6 часов, и что в нём будет - и вот оно и будет, максимально простой фильмец про очень локальную попытку ограбления с максимально шаблонными для такой истории персонажами, И, с очень скучной, 1-кадровой рисовкой, да, это смотрится оригинально, но зачем мы должны в это играть? Сюжет тут состоит из 2 книг по 3 часа, вторая из которых называется "Расширение", она повествует уже о побеге преступников, а так как все "Саспенс-моменты" с захватом заложников уже разрешаются в предыдущей главе, она уже выглядит как не очень нужное дополнение, и, играется ещё тягомутней оригинала)

    Игра структурой похожа на игры telltale но тут более реалистичный визуал. Это как слайд-шоу история, поэтому кадровая частота тут не важна. Впечатления как от фильма, но ты воспринимаешь гораздо ближе к сердцу ведь от тебя зависит ход событий. Я сидел в напряжении как будто я реально внутри этой истории. Сюжет затягивает.     Hamburger drama. So cliche, so stupid, so cardboard cut-out. Comparing this trash to Detroit Become Human is an insult to the latter. What a disappointment!

    Two positives: great voice acting and good artistic style.

    It is a game made for tablets etc. So it doesnt utilize the power of PC hardware. At first I felt a little underwelmed with the graphics. It is basically just showing cartoons and no real movements of the characters. But if you overcome that you find yourself in a great story with great characters. And it is exciting game worth playing.

    - реиграбельность, на каждое действие или событие есть альтернатива, всегда интересно посмотреть, а что было бы, если бы сказал другое, поступил иначе, как развивались бы события, что произошло бы с персонажем или персонажами и что было бы в финале? Хочешь, начни нужный момент по новой или бэкнись в игру спустя время изменив большую часть решений.

    в целом, неплохо, но на один раз. главные персонажи достаточно интересные, озвучка неплоха, но геймплей и анимация в стиле слайд-шоу - мимо.
    сюжет в духе тарантины на минималках - немного банально

    Great story, incredible characters, top notch voice acting. Yes, the gameplay is very simple if it can even be called gameplay, but I appreciate it as it does not distract from the story, and the exploration of dealing with being dealt **** hands and making choices to just make the best of it, as well as the realities of dealing with trauma.

    One of the best games from 2022. Better than 90% of Telltale games. Here your choices actually matter and depending on them, you're getting different outcomes and different events. Pretty good story, nice characters and very unique art style.

    A very pleasant experience, but with a very repetitive gameplay, it makes certain flaws in the story and has a bad optimization, asking for high performance parts for the computer when the game does not bring anything innovative in terms of graphics and gameplay.

    As Dusk Falls has a great storyline and I love how they manage to jump from the present to the past so many times. However, I think in-game replays will be used less often because there really isn't a wrong choice for every action I take. Lastly, the community choices are really cool to see!

    I loved this game from start to finish. Art style is amazing, I don't know what peoples's problem is with the voice acting.
    Lot of paths to discover, interesting story, simple gameplay. Shame it didn't get released on PlayStation. It was pretty enjoyable through Cloud Gaming with a controller, though.

    As Dusk Falls is a gripping tale of fate, chaos, and a storm of desire from several strong characters; everyone wants something, and not everyone is going to get what they want. Fortunately, you have the ability to steer the ship, but the thing about storms and ships is that sometimes the laws of nature have more sway. That’s how life goes — a reality which is expertly communicated in this solemn story.
