    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Overall, I would rate this DLC the best so far. Yes, its a new world with harsh environments and new creatures, there is a slight downside.

    Unlike The Island, there is only 1 boss, like Scorched Earth. This takes the effort and fun out of the whole game. In Extinction, I expect we have to kill/ tame all titans

    But we do have a back story that completely changes everything. The final boss for Aberration is Rockwell, one of the people form the explorer notes. Fused with raw Element he became a huge beast. And the OST for the battle, love it.

    Extremely hard, no flyers, many mushrooms resources, new mechanic i like it :)

    Quite possibly the best DLC in the whole game... the soundtrack is better than before and the graphics manage to be a huge step-up!

    The best DLC for ARK. It has a much smoother and calmer atmosphere and cooler creatures with newer abilities! But is much harder in terms of gameplay...
