    Among us is a very simple game, but its simplicity is what holds you and makes you play for a long time.
    It uses a concept already known that is about people who have to complete missions and an assassin has to stop them, but the way he does it is what makes him so good.

Un juego básico, solo tres mapas, personajes simples y no muy complicado, y aun así es un juego que logra ser muy entretenido, de alguna manera es un buen juego, proporciona una experiencia con amigos muy increíble, simplemente muy bueno a pesar de ser simple, este es el ejemplo que no ocupas los mejores gráficos para ser el mejor juego.

    Es de lo más divertido jugando con amigos y lo es aún jugando con randoms, le falta un poco de contenido pero es entendible en un juego hecho por solo 3 personas

    This game is so rediculously overrated. This game is full of toxic players and it gets boring fast thanks to the boring, tedious tasks and same old simplistic level design. I found it boring to play with friends as well. I'm also fed up with seeing this game constantly on my YouTube recommended. I just don't understand how a boring mobile game can get so much popularity. It just shows theThis game is so rediculously overrated.     I do like this game and its concept of finding out who is the bad guy (In most of cases I play with 8 crewmates and 2 impostors), but recently it stopped to be fun. The amount of times people disconnect from games right at the beginning is abysmal. Many times we've experienced that 2 people leave that the start, then next 2 are getting killed and it's game over. That happened 4 times in aI do like this game and its concept of finding out who is the bad guy (In most of cases I play with 8 crewmates and 2 impostors), but recently it stopped to be fun. The amount of times people disconnect from games right at the beginning is abysmal. Many times we've experienced that 2 people leave that the start, then next 2 are getting killed and it's game over. That happened 4 times in a row yesterday and I was done. And of course, we also met cheaters, or script kiddies as you like. They were changing colors and names during the match, and they did not appear on the players list, we could not kick them. They also had the power to vote people off without any problem and we had no chance to react. Sometimes there were also impostors killing people without any cooldown. The only solution to this is to play with a full squad of friends.

    Edit: 11/01/20 - Dropping the score to 2, the amount of crashes, disconnects, and some errors (reliable packet size 1 something...) is starting to be annoying    … Expand

    Pros -

    Gameplay - Really enjoyable and simplistic allows the game to be understandable for new players, with strategies in place to trick crewmates and find impostors. Would love to see more roles in the next installment similar to Town of Salem (but not as complex as it either). Graphics - Quirky style of drawing / animation / graphics (idk what this classifies as). Maps - Greatly    Pros -

    Graphics - Quirky style of drawing / animation / graphics (idk what this classifies as).
    Maps - Greatly diverse maps allow for interesting gameplay while not straying too far from what the game is about (Although I would love to see more maps).
    Crossplay - This game is free on mobile and crossplay with PC players.

    The sheer amount of content and updates with merely 3 people making this game amazes me. Although there are more cons than pros, I believe this is truly a great game that is very enjoyable with friends and public lobbies. Highly recommend to play. Can't wait for the 2nd game to come out.

    Cons -

    Matchmaking: The servers are (understandably) really poor due to the current influx of players. Difficulty connecting to lobbies. When joining public lobbies, the players are filled with non-English speakers when in English servers which make it impossible to communicate with one another. Private lobbies having 4-letter codes sometimes have me join a duplicate lobby with the same code (Although I understand they are trying to change this as I am writing this).
    Connectivity: My friends and I have consistently gotten a minimum of 280+ ping. This sort of game I find I don't need low ping, but when it gets to 400-600+ ping, it becomes difficult to play the game. I hope in the next game there are servers available for Oceania to see if it alleviates this connectivity issue.
    Buggy - There are not too many bugs to worry about but the few that are there make it difficult or impossible to play. One being when an impostor vents and a meeting is called as they swap vents, a crewmate will see the impostor enter the vent even though they never left. Another bug has the crewmate report a body right as they get killed. The worst bug I have experienced a couple times is where after the first round everyone but the host's game freezes making the game unplayable (I am unsure of the reason of this bug).
    Toxicity - There is no report system for players being toxic or hacking in the game. I personally have not experienced hackers but I have experienced toxic players who refuse to do tasks and such.    … Expand

    This game is very bad, it is absurd to pay 10 dollars in a game like this which is the same thing on your cell phone and in days you already get sick. These positive rewiews are all about kids who don't even know what a real graphic is, they don't even know what good gameplay is. There is no anticheat just to warn you, cheaters are able to play the game with absurd ease.     I think that this is truly a unique game and I would recommend that if you are a fan of this type of genre then I think you should give this game a try.

    Among Us é o bolo com bastante fermento, demorou mas cresceu e bang....saiu um jogo absurdamente divertido, com mecânicas simples e um objetivo mais simples ainda, mas são as interações e relacionamentos humanos que deram o açúcar para esse bolo crescer e se transformar no fenômeno que é hoje, um jogo sobre confiança, traição, união e manipulação, simples mas ao mesmo tempo complexo

    Complete and utter ripoff of Pretend by Whitesquare. Among Us rips assets straight from the game the maps layouts are near identical just with a nonsensical spaceship theme. Among Us has no voice chat support and has paid DLC. This game is just a big cash grab. I recommend picking up Pretend on steam now, it's only 1$ USD and out preforms the game in every category.

    But technically its a very bad game. What I mean is that its framework is really bad.
    They should have added voice chat support a long time ago. They could have increased player count. They could have added many more maps. They could have added more game modes.     But they did nothing of that. They pretty much are the definition of to rest on one's laurels.

    If you think you will have fun playing with silent strangers from random servers, you will have a bad awakening. And you wont find new friends in this game either, because its so massively restricted in social interaction. You almost feel like youre playing against bots.

    If you want a much better Among Us, try Goose Goose Duck. Lots of Youtubers and streamers have already discovered it and showed how superior it is to Among Us. It does everything better than Among Us. EVERYTHING!    … Expand

    We need ranked matches. I'm tired of being paired with dumb people in a social deduction game. If the developers don't want this game to die, they need to drop more maps and add a win/loss based ranked match system instead of worrying about their merch shop.

    Yes. The score is the same. I loved this game. In the very old days. Now it has changed beyond words. Intermediate exits, illegal programs, bad words, and all sorts of dirty and bad things started to happen. I really liked this game, but people were doing so badly that I'm now in my worst game. It is the worst. I miss the old Among us.

    It's a fun game, but there are many issues. The worst issue is that the game is overrated. This doesn't deserve to be the GOTY. These 6 year old "gamers" can't afford good games like TCRSS or Red dead redemption 2 so they bless Among us. The next issue is the repetitive gameplay. Every round you do the same stuff. The last issue is that the game wasn't updated in a year.

    Among Us successfully transfers the devious gameplay of in-person cloak-and-dagger games to video game form. Murder and deception on a whimsical cartoony spaceship is so much fun that the only real question is what took it so long to catch on?

    Anyone who can rally up some friends simply needs to give Among Us a try and feel the brilliant tension that builds up within the group as trust deteriorates and everyone becomes suspicious. [12/2020, p.42]
