The player controls Grimm, a dwarf which creates a trail of darkness wherever he goes. Grimm is bored with the unrealistic sweetness of many fairy tales and wants to turn them into darker, more realistic versions. By converting objects in a level Grimm's darkness meter increases and he can convert larger items which advance the story. The art is cartoonish but original. Some episodes come with a twist - in the Midas episode stuff Grimm touches turns to gold. The Mulan episode is interestingly voiced in Chinese. The frat party jokes are funny enough in the beginning but by the end of the 10th episode they're starting to fall flat. The game is surprisingly addictive - however it remains best played in small doses of one episode per week. Expand
