It's sad that Sigma-Team is such a poor studio, that they need to develop such small average titles to survive. I can run Far Cry Primal on ultra with no problems, but I can't run Alien Hallway because it's killing my pc... this is a joke, but at least the game is short and fun. I won't hate this one, because I got it for free from a friend and it didn't annoy me. 6/10, Pickens hardly approves! Expand

Nice, simple strategy game. A bit like swords & soldiers with alien scenario. I had a lot of fun!
Personally I dont understand why people ignore those games. Because its not Tower Defense?
But its close to it :-). Try it!

It may seem like "mindless strategy game" is a contradiction, but that's exactly what Alien Hallway is: an RTS with all the difficult decisions removed to make way for more explosions and ragdolls. And it's a perfectly satisfactory experience, although you're unlikely to ever want to return to it once you've beaten the campaign mode.

Can not belief this low score. and a troll in the negative commend this game is perhaps small. But well its fun till the end. However because there are only 22 achievements (2 hidden) en you need like 3 hours from you time to play this game to the end. I play it on the hardest setting possible and i beat the game in like 2,4 hours. To bad its that fast. But not for die hard gamers like orctowngrot and the negative review from a die hard gaming site. Some people are plane stupid to review this game. This game belong in the game zone zylom games. Simple and fun. The rest of the die hard games need to stfu and stay with there world of warcraft content. Expand

I am not sure how to categorize this genre, but i'll be bold and call it Offense Tower (as opposed to defense tower, where a player protects his base by placing turrets, in Alien Hallway a player sends soldiers to attack the enemy's base). A decent game for a beginning game designer, but definitely not polished. The game has all the components of a good leisure side-scrolling semi-strategy, with upgradable units, shops, money, grenade throwing and so on but it lacks depth: there is no story really, there is no premise, tutorials are silly as the whole writing overall, enemies are not explained (nor their skills), and strategy pretty much boils down to clicking on whatever units cools down first (to produce that unit and storm the enemy's portal). Good for one hour or so. Expand

If you've played the likes of swords and soldiers, this game will hold no surprises for you, except the phenomenally bad English. The graphics are adequate and it feels like a phone game. However, it's not terrible and some enjoyment can be gleaned from it.

Nice tower defence concept. But after some levels boring. There is no strategic deep. I've expected much more. There are just some level and if you beaten them up, the same "campaign" starts again After two days I forget about this game.

this game us good casual fun
its a kind of small corridor- attack and defense tower game, with lots of units on screen.
the units are great and the leveling system is fair, giving you enough money always to get better the big drawback i find is that the game is poorly optimised and should run better on low/mid end machines. its the type of game for casual playing that yoy carry on your

voted 10 because of the lowscore.
This games deserves a 6-7 at least to me.. it is a tower defence but it gets repetitive at times, mostly when it is to unlock the last achievement (clear all in insane mode).. might be better if made a little easier

Makes a very bad first impression with its horrible visuals. The gameplay mechanics are rather shallow. I've got prettier, more complex and cheaper games on my iPod touch. [October, p.80]

If Alien Hallway bothered to adopt the 'lanes' system of PvZ, it might have worked, but instead this headlong battle quickly descends into a repetitive brawl of little consequence.
