Aug 22, 2017This game is a lot of fun. And it kinda is like overwatch single player. Which I love because whilst a love the lore of Overwatch i hate playing the game, because playing with other people sucks. But the characters are interesting the humor is good. And it just doesn't take itself too seriously. Good Job Volition.

Aug 25, 2017Very generic and mediocre game. I still like SR3~4 more.
Also turn your characters into queers still won't make them more funnier or "progressive", don't you know that, Volition? On the contrary, it's kinda annoying due to today's social/political atmosphere. -
Oct 13, 2017- Characters devoid of any charisma
- The Dead Surrounding World
- not have coop and multiplayer
- stupid AI
+ Good optimization
Where people who developed SR? What happened to them?=
///RIP Volition -
Aug 22, 2017Overly good, fun gameplay overweights some unpolished writing and repetitive tasks. If you played saints row 3 till 100% map coverage then you have to buy this game.

Jul 22, 2018This game shouldn't be seen as a Saints row, It's a good game to me, but not for all. I really enjoyed it!

Aug 25, 2017The PC port's performance is abysmal on a whole new level - when your game barely goes over 60 FPS on a top-tier build, you **** up. Not to mention Denuvo.

Dec 31, 2017This was high on my list of favorite games this year. I love the saturday morning cartoon vibe of the story and characters. I really hope we get another of this style of game in this series.

Dec 29, 2021I had way more fun with this game than with Saints Row 3 and 4.
I dream of a AoM 2 with new-gen graphics, and why not as a game as service, adding for exemple a new town once a year, and new content regularly, new agents, new missions that will unlock new skins, new types of vehicles, etc... They could also add some loot with stats like in Borderlands or Diablo. It would be awesome. -

CD-ActionNov 16, 2017Volition played it much too safe with this Saints Row spin-off, making a game that trails behind Saints Row IV in every aspect. [11/2017, p.42]

Game World Navigator MagazineOct 16, 2017Everything about Agents of Mayhem screams underdeveloped and underfinanced. Nevertheless, blunt humor and straightforward action work well enough to qualify as a guilty pleasure, just like that junk food you like: you know it’s unrefined and unhealthy, but you just can’t help it. [Issue#223, p.64]

Oct 12, 2017Great overall story with rich character customization, well known Saints Row humor and beautiful and nostalgic animations from 80s morning cartoons. It’s hard to look at the positives, among all of the technical problems, and very dull and unvaried open-world and repetitive combat mechanics. Agents of Mayhem comes without any kind of online multiplayer mode, and that’s what makes this game undeserving of its 60$ price tag.
