Nov 16, 2023As far as detective games go, Agatha Christie's Murder on the Orient Express is one of the best modern offerings on the market. The game's handful of obvious flaws are outweighed tenfold by the many other areas where it goes above and beyond. Agatha Christie's Murder on the Orient Express is not just one of the best detective games of this year. It's a game other similar investigation games should compare themselves against in years to come.

Nov 7, 2023It certainly doesn’t take a great detective to solve this rather easy adaptation of Murder on the Orient Express, but there’s just something about stepping into the shoes of Hercule Poirot to snoop around the most beautiful and famous train in history in an intricately plotted whodunit that makes it immensely satisfying. If you like playing detective, this interactive version of the most famous case in literary fiction will certainly tickle your own little grey cells.

Nov 30, 2023Agatha Christie – Murder on the Orient Express is a shockingly superb reimagining of a beloved book, with a few twists that even veteran Poirot fans will want to stick to by the end of the 15 hours of play. The experience gets somewhat bogged down by challenging puzzles at the end, and the mind map and profiling would have benefited from a few additions and clarifications. Still, this is an easy recommendation if you are a mystery enthusiast or an Agatha Christie fan.

Oct 23, 2023This version of Murder on the Orient Express works well for crime fiction fans who want to spend a few days retracing familiar steps on an all-too familiar train; there are just enough differences to keep the mystery fresh, especially if you haven’t read or watched an Orient Express adaptation in a while.
