    After forcing myself to play it through, I must admit the game has some positive qualities -- just not enough to endear it to anyone over the age of 9.

    Hey You, Pikachu! provided me with what was easily the most pointless, functionless and painful experience I've ever had playing a video game. The voice controls it paraded around as its biggest selling point were barely functional, making for a plodding and lifeless experience.

    I cannot justify giving this game a "0" due to it having perfectly acceptable graphics at the time of its release - however, it comes damn close to earning that grade, as the game has close to no other redeeming features. This game is not anything close to fun, and playing it is a true test of one's patience. It should only be played by anyone who has a morbid sense of curiosity about what was seen as a technological marvel around the year 2000, and serves as nothing more than a curious relic that was indicative of where voice recognition technology stood at that point in time.    … Full Review »

    In metascore I would rate this a 57. The game microphone is good but the system doesn't read it well. Watching and talking to pikachu is aIn metascore I would rate this a 57.     All you can just do in this game is watch the many fourth walls getting broken everytime you try to talk to Pikachu. Sounds fun, right?
