    Fans of the cartoon obviously aren't sick of the Batman premise, but that doesn't mean they'll be able to tolerate this game.

    To add insult to injury, when Batman gets hurt, his animation is to fall over like a domino. Here you've got a fully equipped destroyer of crime, and he takes punches like an inflatable 'punch-em' clown. This speaks pages for how poorly the rest of the animation fares.

    Rented it back in the day and enjoyed it now days though its quite rough and short.

    Scrolling beat 'em up with mild platforming elements and a decent backstory and cut scenes. He is the best superhero in the world and they treat him like a bloody rag-doll or punching dummy.

    Almost every cinematic scene after a boss fight has a cutscene where Batman collapses backwards onto the ground like a domino or inflatable punch 'em clown, or like a model falling backwards against the wind.

    Batman of the Future: Return of the Joker (the Australian title of the game) is such a guilty pleasure that it should be punishable by death to have pleasure from playing this disaster.    … Expand
