    In terms of how it performs on an Apple touchscreen, the answer is: flawlessly.

    There are a ton of match-three games out there in the App store, but Zookeeper DX manages to stand head and shoulders above nearly all of its competition. It's goofy and fun and –above all- insanely addictive.

    A solid match-three puzzler saved by a recent update, Zoo Keeper DX Touch Edition would benefit greatly from a dash of innovation to help it stand out from the crowd.

    The problematic screen and lack of some of the more memorable game modes makes Zookeeper DX a difficult one to gauge. While it maintains all the charm and addictiveness of the DS incarnation, it feels lacking.

    While ZOOKEEPER may have been a charming and fun stocking-filler for DS owners in 2005, the 'DX Touch Edition' for 2011 feels like it's stuck in a horrible time-warp.
