With developer Xoobis bringing similar gameplay to the original, as well as an actual story, a stepped-up challenge, and more zany enemies, Zombie Wonderland 2 is yet another undead title that's worth a look.

While not too removed from the first game, Zombie Wonderland 2 gives you more frantic action in a zombie defense shell. For fans of the first game, tower defense-esque titles... and zombies.

This game is like zombie stew: basic, hearty, a little gross, and ultimately sustaining.

The over-the-top silliness and the bright, colorful graphics feel reminiscent of an old Saturday morning cartoon. The game's just difficult enough to make it challenging and simple enough to engage in without requiring too much of a forethought.

The Danny Elfman-esque music is a particular highlight, perfectly matching the theme and action.

Zombie Wonderland 2 isn't the next revolutionary, groundbreaking zombie slaying title but it does what it does well and with simple controls, too. There are a lot of zombies out there. Time to thin their ranks a bit, and enjoy doing it.

This could've been a great improvement over the original formula, instead it's just a more of the same with the same problems of the first episode.

Zombie Wonderland 2: Outta Time! is surprisingly fun, but it's still got some stuff that needs to be addressed by the QA team over at Chilingo. Still, it's been a while since we had a truly good zombie game released for iOS devices, and this is a title that - with a little work - could easily meet this goal.

Whilst it's not a bad game, Zombie Wonderland 2: Outta Time! fails to learn from the mistakes of its prequel, and that condemns it to the same near-mediocrity.
