Aug 13, 2012Sadly, the touchscreen controls are a bit lacking for the iOS port, making the paddle a little more sluggish than felt natural. The control issues are unfortunate, because Wizorb is otherwise a ridiculously charming evolution of the Breakout formula.

Aug 13, 2012There are definitely niggles with the controls in the game, but I was won over by the blend of genres, the lovely retro artwork and the kind of chip-tunes that nag away in your brain, long after you've stopped playing.

Aug 9, 2012Wizorb's control issues may sound dire, but in reality they're more annoying than game-breaking. Outside of that shortfall, Wizorb is an excellent puzzle title that does a great job integrating a classic brick-breaking experience with a fantastical 8-bit world.

Aug 9, 2012A strange concoction that somehow just works, Wizorb is an entertaining, though at times unwieldy beast.
-
Aug 8, 2012Wizorb is a solid touch-screen translation of the already popular brick-breaking adventure title, however the controls could use tweaking or at least more customization options.

Aug 6, 2012Despite less-than-stellar controls, I recommend this game to anyone that is a fan of RPGs or classic arcade games. This is basically the Puzzle Quest version of Breakout/Arkanoid, and it's fantastic.

Aug 6, 2012Although the game suffers from loose controls, the actual gameplay is quite refreshing and fun. If the player can get passed the loose controls, there is a wonderful game with great fun to be had.
