Despite its cutesy exterior, Wake the Cat is a small scale physics playground that features some head scratchers, which may or may not be attributed to the engine itself.

A cute cat and disarming presentation can't hide the fact that this is a puzzler with staying power.

With 60 levels and 180 stars to gain, I suspect Wake the Cat will be a pretty long lasting experience. With its ridiculously cute exterior and an intelligent selection of puzzles, it should satisfy anyone looking for a quick puzzle fix.

It's simple but hard to master, and eventually addictive. A very nice experience, together with a very nice presentation, make Wake the Cat a recommended game for those who are looking for an entertaining app.

Wake the Cat will charm casual puzzle fans, but may be too easy for puzzle game veterans.

There's a whole lot to like with the puzzle mechanic, and there's a three star scoring system to keep you coming back with levels scored based on the number of throws, and time taken.

Despite a handful of niggles, we can't say we weren't charmed by Halfpixel's new mobile game, and we're always pleased to see something different in the ever-present three-star, physics puzzle genre.

Wake the Cat feels like a strange idea slapped onto a rather limited physics puzzle engine.
