    Not every game is going to survive the test of time and while the visuals of Virtua Fighter 2 for the Genesis have certainly not remained timeless, the gameplay is fun and simple enough to work on touch devices.

    The characters are all there, including Jeffrey, as are the moves. But, it all comes across as a somewhat mediocre fighting experience, with just a standard arcade mode to play through consisting of no story, and a bluetooth only Vs mode. You'll soon bore of it quickly.

    Virtual Fighter 2 is an inferior 2D fighting game whose flaws are all the more glaring in this clumsy iOS adaptation.
