    The game hardly provides any support. The in-game support system would take weeks to reply (if ever) and the second so called "Facebook Community" would simply delete the posts that are not praising the game or simply block people. This Game is "Free to Play" but "Pay to Win" to the point that many people who cannot spend hundreds ( or thousands) of dollar in this game; would often quitThe game hardly provides any support. This Game is "Free to Play" but "Pay to Win" to the point that many people who cannot spend hundreds ( or thousands) of dollar in this game; would often quit the game as it is almost impossible to keep up with others. The game does not force you to pay "Directly" but if you want to get some of the upgrades ( in knowledge) even with the best possible build and items that decrease the upgrade duration you would still have to wait even more than 25 weeks to finish. So other words , either pay or leave.

    This is by far the most irresponsible mobile-app company I have ever seen and I highly suggest to stay away from its applications and games    … Expand

    The customer service for this game blows!!!! All they ever want to do is go back and forth with emails and they never do anything. I finally quit playing the game because of them.

    They will steal items from you they will take your money and make the game glitch so bad and blame it on their players constantly and never take responsibility for anything even when they know it is their end glitching. they are loosing massive amounts of players. So unless you like throwing thousands of dollars away then find another game and company, Stay away from Plarium
