Nov 26, 2011Tiny Towers is a microsystem in your pocket. It will take over your waking life as you worry about restocking items and whether your tower needs another foodstall or a car showroom, it may even have you waking in the middle of the night. But it does all this in such a cute way that you'll forgive it every time.
-
Jul 5, 2011Tiny Tower is another great, free game from the guys at NimbleBit, and you should definitely check it out. Just try not to get too caught up in the lives of your little Bitizens ā it's important to put the game down once in a while.
-
Jun 24, 2011Tiny Tower represents the next great chapter in freemium games. Call it Farmville 2.0.
-
Jul 22, 2011A very comprehensive game experience with a precious visual design that pay homage to retro aestethics. A game everyone should try, as it's free on the App Store.
-
Jun 24, 2011By flying in the face of tradition and encouraging players to stay engaged for as long as they like, Tiny Tower has set a wonderful new standard for freemium games on the App Store. With great presentation, style, and gameplay, this is one tower you'll want to move in to.
-
Jun 27, 2011Tiny Tower takes the Sim Tower concept and brings it to iPhone in freemium form, delivering a pleasant play experience before a cent is even spent. With its attractive pixel-art design, its humour, and never short of something for the player to do, Tiny Tower is hard to quit.
-
Sep 16, 2011Tiny Tower isn't just a fun time-waster, it's also a truly well-designed and accessible game, a perfect choice for the gamer who's short on time. Whatever gripes I may have with the free-to-play business model, they did not impede my enjoyment of the humor, visuals and craftmanship on display in Nimblebit's latest creation.
-
Aug 2, 2011Tiny Tower might look and play like a Facebook game but it doesn't demand much from the player and all investments are really optional. There's a nice feel good vibe to building your tower and I keep wanting to build another floor.
-
Jul 19, 2011Tiny Tower's ongoing tick-tock of cash and happy bitizens is a fantastic toy.
-
Jun 29, 2011As with just about any freemium title there's no harm in trying out Tiny Tower, but you'll be hard pressed to put it down after getting acquainted with the folk you house, employ and keep merry.
-
Jun 24, 2011In terms of free apps available for Apple handheld devices Tiny Tower is near the top. The fact that it is free makes it essential to any gamer to download this application. The fact that it is a complete experience makes it essential for any gamer who's into resource management apps.
-
Jun 24, 2011The game has a great charm to it, with plenty of humor to boot.
-
Jul 17, 2011Tiny Tower is like Farmville without the sensation that the developers would strip-mine your organs if it would make them a buck.
-
Jul 11, 2011With an astonishing pixel art style, great integration with Push notifications and an addictive gameplay, Tiny Tower is actually one of the best social games for iPhone and iPad. The game is full of humour, but probably some players will hate the act of repeating and repeating the same tasks again and again.
-
Jul 11, 2011A nice little timewaster with solid mechanics and great pixel-art that you can drop in on from time to time. It won't get your heart rate up, but there's plenty of micro managment with excellent cross-device support. It isn“t a new Little Computer People, but it is sure to hit you with a feeling of nostalgia - until you realize how damn shallow the whole game is.
-
Jul 7, 2011Tiny Tower's real question is about the scale of its economy, then, and whether you can stomach playing a game that becomes increasingly desperate in its desires to part you with chunks of your own money.
-
Jun 29, 2011A well presented freemium take on Theme Park-style games, Tiny Tower wins plaudits for its early activity and quirky nature, but lacks long-term compulsion.
-
Jul 4, 2011Apart from the delightful pixelart visual style, there's nothing particularly enjoyable or interesting about Nimblebit's 'freemium' effort. You build a tower, floor by floor, with the 'goal' simply to see how high you can build.
