    Worst game ever. Their customer support is the worst for any game I have ever played. We had a player in our kingdom intentionally throwing tournaments, screen shots of them saying they wanted the other kingdoms to win, screen shots of them attacking our own towns all violating the Terms of Service of the game. Customer Support said they dealt it, but it continued. Vague and ambiguousWorst game ever. Their customer support is the worst for any game I have ever played. Customer Support said they dealt it, but it continued. Vague and ambiguous messages when you submit a support ticket, they request new information repeatedly until most just give up. The system hangs and locks everyone out a few times a week. Many complaints on their official discord server. When they have updates, typically 1 out of 3 will crash the game for an evening. Rampant cheating from orders that spend money and never held acountable by the company. If you do start playing, there are rogue players that will sabotage your events and there is nothing you can do about it. Avoid the frustration and find another game to play.… Expand
