    The Hero is super easy to pick up; this low entry level and the universally appealing super hero genre tag make it an outstanding purchase for almost anyone at the suprisingly low £1.19 price tag.

    The ultra-smooth gameplay, great graphics, and varied game elements create a chaotic experience that delights at first, but eventually plummets into frustration.

    While I certainly enjoyed playing all 15 levels of The Hero, I didn't finish the game with the excitement that I wanted to. Unfortunately, this was a case there the trailer was so good that it actually took away from the overall experience.

    The Hero puts you in control of the penultimate superhero who's only challenge is to avoid being unpopular, so try not to blow up too many cars while saving babies from the zombie plague.

    Sure, the slightly inexact nature of the controls make it somewhat hard to be as effective as you might be, but The Hero is still well worth checking out.

    There's a dozen different enemies to add some variety, which is good because the fast-paced nature of the game makes that a necessity.

    The Hero is a great action game at an unbeatable $1.99 price. Had it been any longer, The Hero would have risked growing dull, but its breezily-paced 15 stages are just right.

    Mild repetition can be an issue but on the whole The Hero is a highly polished piece of gaming that is easy to pick up and contains plenty of heroic hilarity.

    It's hard not to recommend The Hero simply due to its terrific style and over the top humor.
