    Introducing The 7th Guest for iPhone & iPod Touch.

    This is an authentic return of the famous, blockbuster game with enhancements for the touch interface. A unique puzzle and story-telling adventure, as little as possible has been changed to preserve the original game experience. To play, tap the screen to move around Stauf’s haunted house and drag your finger to find places to go and monstrous, mind-bending puzzles to solve. And of course, discovering how the game is played is part of the gaming experience. To help you get started, you might want to check out the pyramid in the lower right corner of the Sphinx board. It’s as if The 7th Guest was created especially for the touch interface and the screen of your iPhone or iPod Touch.

    Trilobyte has once again granted the world a memorable game, and it's great that these devices have given the developer the ability to revive this long-dead game.

    The 7th Guest is a terrific trip down memory lane. It's also a totally decent puzzle game, even if you might need to consult a walkthrough occasionally.

    The harsh AI difficulty will diminish its appeal, but 7th Guest: Infection remains a well-presented and interesting boardgame.

    The 7th Guest is seventeen years old and it shows its age in a bad way. The problem is not only in its ancient technical aspect but in the puzzles too. These are just a few, nearly 20, and are extremely difficult to understand.

    The 7th Guest is almost exclusively destined for iOS devices of fans of the original release and while the challenge is certainly worthy of modern audiences, the way in which the narrative is presented is not.
