    If Talisman is new to you, Prologue can be a good way to see if you want to invest your time and money in the boxed or digital versions of this flawed but enjoyable classic.

    It's pretty, and it will certainly conjure memories, but Talisman: Prologue is only an appetizer - not the main course.

    These canned side quests are a pretty poor substitute for whatever entertainment you and your friends might normally wring from a real-world copy of Talisman.
