As a huge Star Wars fan I found a lot to enjoy here. Tons of humor and references will bring plenty of laughs and smiles to any Star Wars fan. Where the game suffers is in it's gameplay. Yet another management game that forces you to either play around timers or pay real life money to play as long as you want. This style of gameplay as well as the technical issues bring down the experience. Still it's worth a download for Star Wars fans, or just people who like this type of management style of gaming. Funny take on the star wars series, I love it, a bit glichy at release but awsome idea and execution, love the graghic aproach, making it apealing to any one, fun of star wars or not!

Tiny Death Star doesn’t radically shake up the excellent formula of Tiny Tower. If you’re not a Star Wars buff, the shallow management experience won’t keep you interested for long. But for Star Wars aficionados, the wonderful fan service makes it a no brainer. [Issue 1, February 2014]

Star Wars: Tiny Death Star is like plague selective. When it afflicts the right individual, then they are lost. Keep that in mind.

Tiny Death Star isn't as much a game as it is a collection of action figures from the Star Wars-universe for in your pocket. Although the sim-part enjoys like Tiny Tower and The Sims, Tiny Death Star doesn't add much. Checking and supplying the stores or seeing characters walk around is fun, but without added elements and purchases of up to € 89,99 the message is clear: Disney's got dollar signs in its eyes.
