Mar 20, 2011If you're a fan of big Space Operas and fancy blowing a fleet of enemies out of the sky in a dogfight then Star Battalion should be right up your street. It may not be the longest game in the world but it's certainly one of the most action packed and explosive games I've played in recent months and kept me entertained throughout.

Feb 21, 2011At the end of the day, most fans of space combat games won't find too much wrong with Star Battalion. In typical Gameloft fashion, the game is smooth, looks nice, and has a half descent story (even though it is a total knock off). The controls will drive you nuts at times, but for most, the good will outweigh the bad.

Feb 21, 2011Overall, despite some minor gripes that can be fixed with updates such as deathmatch multiplayer, or lock-on controls, Star Batallion is a great flight-sim package that is very arcade-like in execution at times, but offers solid twitch-gameplay and challenge, with great presentation and graphics.
