Jul 12, 2013It's an ever rarer day when you finish playing one of these games and feel compelled to rush out and tell everyone you know to download it immediately. Sprinkle Islands, we're delighted to say, is one such title - and if a finer physics puzzler comes along in 2013, we'll all be very lucky indeed.
-
Jul 12, 2013Replay value is good, as you’ll require multiple tries on some levels to earn all 5 water droplets that represent the most efficient use of water. GameCenter provides a handful of leaderboards, though no achievements.

Aug 18, 2013Like the best iOS games, Sprinkle Islands takes a simple concept and creates a nice little time-waster that will provide pretty reliable entertainment in short bursts. Sure, it's a one trick pony, but its presentational charm, and the wonderful, childish fun you get from spraying water around means that you'd have to be pretty joyless not to see any appeal here.
-
Jul 24, 2013That's a testament to how beautifully Sprinkle Islands captures the childlike joy of splashing around, but it does tend to leave the puzzling element feeling progressively soggier as the levels progress.
-
Jul 15, 2013A solid sequel to a solid physics puzzler. Those looking for another dose of water-based physics gameplay shouldn't be disappointed.
-
Apple'N'AppsJul 12, 2013Sprinkle Islands builds nicely upon a great base to make more expansive, challenging, and engaging water physics puzzles for a worthwhile Island getaway.
-
Jul 11, 2013All of that previous dousing of alien fires was just a prelude to this.
-
Aug 6, 2013Sprinkle Islands is worth playing for those looking for a physics puzzler that's a little different from everything else out there. However, make sure that you're willing to be a little patient with it.
-
Jul 12, 2013Sprinkle Islands is enjoyable, huggable, fun. We’re just confused as to why we had to wait two years for something that amounts to nothing more than a DLC pack with the exact same gameplay as the first.
-
Jul 17, 2013A good mix between puzzle solving and cute graphics.
-
Jul 12, 2013Simple and linear, Sprinkle Islands never allows room to think, but it's reasonably entertaining all the same.
-
Jul 16, 2013Sprinkle Islands is much harder than it looks, in part due to occasionally wonky physics, but with greater puzzle variety than its predecessor that shouldn't deter fans.
-
Jul 11, 2013Sprinkle Islands is a really tough call to make; the original was pretty good, and for the most part, this one does well to uphold those same elements, but in the end, we just weren't enjoying this one quite as much. If you decide to pursue this one, do so with some caution, but if you haven't played the original either, give that one a try instead.
