Nov 7, 2015Fun little game with tight controls, but the dungeons quickly grow repetitive. One of the critic reviews mentions that it's "rogue-like," implying dungeons are procedurally generated, but the layouts and enemies are static.
This game also has a fair amount of advertising. I didn't find it particularly annoying, but I could easily see it driving other people nuts.

Oct 30, 2015Slashy Hero is fun – it’s just also a little irritating at times. But it does make for a good dungeon-crawling (ish) romp and makes good use of the kind of swiping mechanics you don’t see often outside of games involving air traffic control or harbor management.
