This ambitious puzzle game sequel is a ruzzingly good time.

Ruzzle Adventure successfully adds some dimension and depth to the already-addictive Ruzzle mechanics. It's far more of a single-player experience than its older brother, but there's nothing wrong with wandering the world on your own from time to time.

Ruzzle Adventure delivers a brand new word game experience, packed with plenty of levels and different modes.

Though Ruzzle Adventure’s core gameplay makes for some delightful word-making action, its free-to-play trappings and lackluster presentation drag the experience down considerably, leaving you with a niggling feeling that you’d be having more fun playing Bejeweled, Bookworm or any number of similar, but better-executed, titles.

It's surprisingly exciting to find words in a collection of letters. Ruzzle Adventure builds a linear story around that, which it doesn't need. Simply creating words is fun enough.

A fun single player version of Ruzzle, with some pay to win issues, but still fun in its own way.

Ruzzle Adventure is surprisingly good. The game modes offer a good amount of variety which keeps the game fresh. It's a pity the game doesn't offer a good balance in the letters though, as more often then not, you receive an abundance of vowels.

The game is free to play, with in-app purchases although they only cover hearts, boosts, and extra moves like Candy Crush, and are definitely not required.
