    A Battle of Epic Proportions!

Alphadia Year 1092: Fifteen years have passed since the end of the terrible Energi Wars, where clones were used as weapons. Two kingdoms, after nearly destroying each other and the natural resources of Energi, signed an important peace treaty, and have been co-operative neighbors ever since: Augustine and Archleign, where the story of Alphadia Genesis begins.

Alphadia Genesis boasts a rich, complex story starring Fray, a member of the local guild, and Corone, a knight. As their journey progresses and conflicting national interests come to the forefront, it becomes apparent that it may take more than a little work on both their parts if their relationship is to weather the foreboding storm on the horizon.

3D battles feature beautifully rendered graphics, dynamic camera angles, and more skills than you can shake a sword at!

It's not going to do much for those who are weary of the genre, but fans should be fairly pleased with this outing.

The super slick controls this game supports are just the beginning of what this game has to offer. I have to say I was more than pleasantly surprised at how smooth the game scrolling is and at just how easily the characters move around with the virtual gamepad in this game. In fact, I've never played a mobile game with buttery smooth controls like this before. Kemco gets an A+ on controls for Alphadia Genesis. I hope this is what we can expect for all of their releases in the future.

Now for the story. The characters are excellent and have a lot more depth to them than the majority of mobile RPGs and I found myself laughing out loud on more than a few occasions. The localization is really good too. I have to say, if this is the quality we can come to expect from all of Kemco's games from here on out, I'll have no trouble shelling out a few bucks for each of their games.

The 3D models are actually quite amazing too for the character models. I was surprised some of the characters look between PS2 and PS3 good. Except this is a mobile game! The only thing I think they could have done better is implement the 3D battles where the characters actually strike the enemies. Other than that, I think Alphadia Genesis succeeds in every way possible.

The 2D aspect is also really good too. The graphics are way more detailed than I have seen from any other mobile game coming out of Japan and with the zoom in feature, you can really scrutinize just how well they are drawn. I also like this little touches like clouds passing by on the over world that make the world feel just that much more alive.

Last of all is the original Japanese voices. This is a cool feature that I'm sure a lot of gamers wish they could have on all their games. The Japanese voices really bring that impact into the scenes and show you how passionate the voice actors are about the characters they play.

All in all, I give this game a 9.5. But since I can't choose a 9.5 on the scale, I'll have to round up and mark it as a 10. Kudos to Kemco for this awesome game!
