Aug 8, 2011Roboto is slick, familiar and simultaneously fresh, and gamers old and new will welcome the sidescrolling action gaming fun.
-
Aug 10, 2011While some control issues linger from the Android version, this is still an excellent side-scroller for your iPhone or iPad.

Sep 2, 2011Roboto has all the makings of a classic platforming game. It's one of the most visually impressive games I've seen in some time, and the gameplay itself is well designed and a lot of fun. If the controls and performance issues can be ironed out sufficiently, then Roboto will fall into the "must have" category of iOS platformers.

Aug 9, 2011Until the controls are fixed I would advise holding off on playing it. Why bother you may ask? Well, once it's fixed you'll find a highly polished game with great graphics and sound, as well as level design that is a fine balance between fun and frustration (as all platformers should be!)

Aug 1, 2011With plenty of levels to play through and online leaderboards to master, we'll be playing Roboto for a good while longer. It's just a shame that those controls couldn't be a little tighter.

Aug 14, 2011Roboto could have been a much better platform without some controversial design choices and, mostly, with more polished and accurate controls. In fact, excellent graphics and nice bosses became unimportant when small buttons and a questionable health system make the game so frustrating.

Sep 21, 2011The team behind Roboto has the graphics part down, now they just need to work on creating a title that lives up to the aesthetic.
