    This game is essentially pay to win. Sooner or later someone stronger or a more powerful alliance will come along and take you down and steal everything from you and then it's over, the game bombards you to pay using real money to get everything back. Don't download this game if you don't intend to spend money because sooner or later you will have to spend money if you want to continue playing.

    Rise of Civilizations has all the typical elements of its genre in the right spots, but successfully shrank in a portabile fashion that make it playable everywhere. There are some flaws, however, like its lack of originality and its microtransaction-driven structure.
