Feb 21, 2013Relic Rush is one of the most stripped-back platformers you'll ever play, but the fact that it still feels immensely satisfying and rewarding to play is a testament to its thoughtful design.

Feb 15, 2013As I said earlier, this game is perfect for those who ride mass transit and want something to do while standing up on a bus or train, or for anyone that just enjoys a low-res retro experience. The game is relentlessly simple, but it’s got fun in it.

Feb 15, 2013Relic Rush doesn't do a whole lot, but it's great at what it does.
-
Feb 19, 2013Relic Rush takes a simple and clever idea, executes on it effectively and wraps the entire thing up in a retro style that’s hard not to love.
-
Feb 19, 2013Relic Rush may not have the length or variety to propel it to the upper tier of iOS casual games, but it's still worth a shot for folks looking for a simple platformer to try.

Feb 19, 2013The dreadful soundtrack is by and large the game's worst feature, and you'll probably want to nix the audio. This aside, Relic Rush provides a fun bite-sized mobile experience that, while falling short of greatness, definitely justifies its price. More levels please.

Feb 15, 2013It says something about Relic Rush's core concept and presentation that I still find myself calling it a great game, despite this barrage of issues. It's a flawed experience, no doubt about that, but it shows huge potential, and it's worth checking it out just so that you can think to yourself "I hope they get it right with a sequel."

Feb 20, 2013An interesting little platformer that's based around timing your way forward in order to get the treasure, complete with a low-fi presentation. Serviceable, but doesn't really deliver on its promise.
