A combination of great things. In the casual sense, it's a 1980s puzzle party. For hardcore gamers, it's a cross between Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo and Lumines. Providing this news didn't cause a massive brain explosion, we strongly suggest downloading this app right away.

Add tight and responsive touch controls to a list that includes fabulous art design, awesome music, a new twist on an old mechanic, and the ability to bring in your own tracks and you end up with an experience easily worth your time and money.

A great time-killer and that is what most of us are looking for in gaming on our iPod touch, iPad and iPhones.

A game betrays its obvious understanding of scratch music with its mechanics: turntablism involves releasing a scratch at exactly the right moment, something that doesn't seem possible here.

RadBalls is a fun little bite-sized experience that is worth playing through, even if only for the bright and colorful aesthetic and the amazing upbeat soundtrack. It isn't overly complicated, it's easy to pick up and learn, utilizes the multi-touch capabilities of the iOS devices, and would be a great game for all ages to play around with.

A fun game, but it is best approached as more of a full sensory experience rather than a mindless time sink. The gameplay may not be revolutionary but the complete experience won't leave players disappointed.
