Pickpawcket isn't just charmingly funny. It's a fun and challenging stealth game with plenty of varied levels, and one that shows off a classy touch on the part of the developer. At 99 cents it's a steal.

The developers also do a wonderful job introducing new elements to the experience. Bottom line, getting all those gems won't be easy.

The most delightful part of the game is the art itself. At the end of a level, you get a close-up look at the painting you've recovered, and the feline reinventions of such works as Edgar Degas' The Star and Salvador Dali's The Persistence Of Memory are pretty amusing, provided you aren't a filthy dog-lover.

Pickpawcket has immeasurable charm, but it's a little lacking in challenge.

Pickpawcket succeeds where it counts, with challenging gameplay that rarely dips into frustration.

Pickpawket is a neat little puzzler with some big ideas, and while it won't set the world alight it's still well worth picking up.

The graphics are average, the music is ok, and the controls are pretty good, though the touch controls (which are superior to the joystick) often leave you peering around your fingers to see the level.

Pickpawcket has an abundance of personality and was clearly created with a lot of care.
