    Existing fans of Peggle will not like this. It seems clear that the creators of this version did not understand the essence of what people actually enjoyed about Peggle. Sure they got the cosmetic stuff: the unicorns and glitter and over-the-top effects, but it falls flat when layered over an experience that is not all that fun or rewarding.

    Peggle Blast is a solid mix between the traditional gameplay of the series and the freemium mechanics seen in some of the most popular mobile puzzle games.
