    Once unlocked, the variety of mission and battle types is enough to keep gameplay fresh over long periods, and although Might and Magic Heroes: Era of Chaos does feature a rather excessive amount of microtransactions at least the company didn't ask for an upfront payment as well.

    The once great name doesn't save Might & Magic Heroes: Era of Chaos from its flaws: though it has some smart strategic elements, this is a quite convoluted mobile strategy game about menus at best, or a simple cash grab at worst.

    If you originally played Heroes of Might & Magic III back in the day we even more strongly urge you to ignore this. It bares very little resemblance to the original and feels quite insulting to fans. Skip this one and hope that a proper new mainline entry arrives on PC at some point, as Ubisoft has much better form on that platform.

    Ich hatte mich sher auf ein Remake von Heroes gefreut, aber das hier geht gar nicht. Einfach nur schlecht.

    Whole game was created only for getting money from your wallet . Gameplay is so primitive and doesn't give any interesting experience, It's almost impossible to play EoC without donate, and i mean really huge donate, because normal heroes cost 100$, sr+ units cost 50$ and i can continue this list. Community support is almost dead, there are many bugs, which aren't fixed 1.5 year, also you can't just leave from game for some time, because you lose many things, which are important for 'comfort' game. I don't see any reasons to play it, unless you like chinese mobile buggy annoying grinding games without any strategy, good mechanics, good story, etc.… Full Review »

However, it turned out I can't find a version with resolution better than 1000x634, which is enough to cover about 1/4 of my screen. Ok, say we cut score in half - that would make us at 2.5. Fractions are not an option though, so let's go deeper - the game itself is a p2w money-squeezer, using my favourite franchise as a selling feature. Insulting. I think fellow HoMM fans won't be mad at me if I go with this to justify rounding the score down. Also, game artist - great job, thank you a lot.… Full Review »
