Madcoaster

I absolutely adore roller coasters and endless games with simple controls are my favorite diversion; Madcoaster delivers both. But, what separates an instant classic from just another fun play and discard title is all in the details.

Madcoaster is one of those obsessive-compulsive games where you keep telling yourself, "just one more game". The sessions themselves rarely last more than a couple of minutes, but the fast and furious nature of the gameplay along with the gratification of coin collection and increasing milestone challenges will have you playing this game all summer long. If you really want to get "meta", play this game while waiting in line to ride a real rollercoaster.

Delivers plenty of thrills for a buck without having to stand in those annoying amusement park lines. Major plus in our book.

In spite of these issues, my biggest problem with the game is that there isn't more of it. I'm having a blast playing Madcoaster, and I keep going back to try and get just a bit further. It's a ton of fun, and the rollercoaster tie-in (while making zero sense) is awesome. Please give us more Madcoaster, Chillingo! Post haste!

At its rickety wood-and-steel heart, Madcoaster is a faster, more frantic take on the Tiny Wings formula. It's not perfect, but it won't make you yark up your lunch, either.

While it's far from being a revolution, Madcoaster is a very well-made entry in an increasingly stagnant genre.

With a cartoony graphical style and frantic gameplay, Madcoaster will have you cross-eyed as you try to keep up.

Instead of an endless runner, we have an endless coaster, and coasting along is exactly what you'll be doing, cause despite some neat ideas, this game offers little challenge.
