    Amanita Design, in a stroke of genius, have taken a game and made it into a work of art. Both the artwork and music are spectacular, truly capturing the incredible atmosphere of the world you experience inside Machinarium. And of all things Machinarium is full to the brim with originality, a value which should be the very thing that games are judged upon. This game is a credit to Amanita'sAmanita Design, in a stroke of genius, have taken a game and made it into a work of art.     A highly quirky, stylish and delightful game. The puzzles were often very clever and often made me think hard. Its cartoony flash animation style without spoken dialogue is part of its charm but makes it feel closer to a casual amateur game than a commercial adventure game.     A really good adventure game, one with a lot of charm. It's puzzles are intuitive and not overwhelmingly difficult. This is a must play if you're an adventure game fan like me and worth checking out even if you're not.

    I am not very fond of puzzle or graphic adventure games, but I admit this is a nice one. I have especially enjoyed it because I have played it only a few times per year and in good company. I guess it is not that demanding if you use the clues, though you may still get stuck at certain points.     I enjoyed this game, I really did; in fact, it is the only point-and-click puzzle game that I have ever enjoyed. The reason I gave it zero stars is that the space invaders puzzle in this game has buttons too small for any humans hands and is entirely un-playable. There is no way around the puzzle and no way to change the buttons. Honestly, I'd be fine with this issue if the rest of theI enjoyed this game, I really did; in fact, it is the only point-and-click puzzle game that I have ever enjoyed. The game is runs wonderfully and has this awesome feature in the hint mini-game where larger virtual buttons exist on either side of the screen and this would have worked fine for the space invaders puzzle too but the Devs got lazy. It's almost as if they ported the first half of the game and just called it good because there is no other logical reason this part is so impossible.

    Such an amazing game. One of the best puzzlers ever. It’s very nostalgic for me, it’s also very cozy and the puzzles are creative

    Our sole complaint is its baffling demand for an iPad 2; we honestly can't see what it's doing that needs the extra power. It spends quite a bit of time loading and there are lots of animated things going on, but nothing especially excessive that we'd expect to require an iPad 2. What do we know, though? If you have the technology, we strongly recommend it.
