    Quite frankly, this game won't win any awards for originality, but that doesn't mean it's bad. On the contrary, Littlest Pet Shop does the franchise proud, and will definitely please fans eager to populate their towns with cuddly friends.

    Littlest Pet Shop is, in a word, adorable. The animals squeal and dance, and are rendered with tiny bodies, huge heads, and shimmering eyes. There's a decent amount of voice acting, and the cartoon's original actors all appear to be on board.

    Littlest Pet Shop's routes to success are paved with crummy video ads for other freemium games, or painfully slow, tiringly repetitive grind. It looks lovely, but so do the adverts on TV, and you don't enjoy wasting your time watching tens of those to get to the content you want, do you?
