    God of Blades has an extremely primitive gameplay: you just swipe in four directions to perform three kinds of hits and one block. I played 8 levels in a row and they all posed zero challenge. You just swipe and swipe until a level is over.

    It's dumb, it's not entertaining. The music is atmospheric but extremely monotonous. Controls fail often, e. g. you swipe back for block but the character performs a swipe-up hit.
