    Popcannibal has crafted a wickedly clever puzzle title that looks and feels fantastic. Who'd have imagined playing party planner could have been so fun? Girls may like robots, but we really love this game.

    Humorous, original and challenging (perhaps a little too challenging at times), Girls Like Robots should go to the top of the download list for any puzzle gamer who thinks they've seen everything the genre has to offer.

    Girls Like Robots is a fantastic puzzle game: there's a lot of creativity that came from such a simple starting point, and the way that everything expands out from its simple beginnings is the kind of trait that great games have.

    It is silly, and it's strange, and it's simple -- and the truth is that aside from a couple of technical quibbles (and a bit of sadness, for obvious reasons, that girls don't like nerds), it's also really good. If you like puzzles like girls like robots, then you'll like Girls Like Robots.

    There are small gripes – having to use an undo button rather than pick tiles back off the grid irks in 'standard' scenarios, for instance – but they slowly melt away in the face of such eclectic gameplay. Seating arrangements have rarely felt so intelligent, knowing, or inventive.

    Girls Like Robots is a quirky seating arrangement, or rather relationship simulator set in a high school love drama. It is perhaps the most serious game to be published by adult swim. It does however have a sense of humour, and despite not having anything fart or die horribly it is a fun game. There aren't many games on the App Store with this kind of gameplay, and as such it certainly fills a gap between Joining Hands and Triple Town.
