    My.com has assembled a multi-genre game with plenty of things to do, but rather little heart.

    If you’re looking for a resource-management game with some fun, engaging combat with a bit of light RPG flair, Battle: Evolution for Utopia might be a game for you. But if you’re a gamer that doesn't like too wait too long and have no desire to pay to play/play to win in the PvP multiplayer, then you should avoid this.

    I can’t help but find the game’s diversity to be endearing, but it’s also something of a weakness. Not all of these actions are up to snuff, and unfortunately the ones that are the weakest (namely hacking and base defense) are also the one’s you can’t really avoid. Even so, there’s quite a lot on offer here and most of it is pretty entertaining.

    With excellent visuals and plenty to do, this demanding game of strategy, management, and combat only appeals to a specific crowd, but serves that crowd well.

    Base building with action that feels like Time Crisis, Gears of War and Fruit Ninja mashed together, and a not too pushy freemium model, makes this an enjoyable experience for fans of the building genre. At times it feels like the jack of all trades, master of none. Still if you want lot's of things to do and some fun action while building a base, then this is a solid choice.
