    The game is fine and old school. It's an important piece of videogaming history. The only problem is that this port to iOS and Android (as the ports of DQ2 and DQ3) have worse graphics than the SNES remakes. The new orchestral score is great, though. DQ2 is much bigger and more complex than its predecessor.

    Dragon Quest 2 is pretty much an upgrade of the first game. You get partners, you fight more than just one monster at a time, and the world is bigger. I really enjoyed this game but I felt that it was too easy for me, though I did grind a lot to level up my characters. DQ2 has a decent story with a little bit more detail than the first game but the music is probably the best thing aboutDragon Quest 2 is pretty much an upgrade of the first game.     This re-release is simple, but it works. The gameplay is straightforward and that makes for an easy transition to iOS.
