I've even contacted the support several times with absolute NO effect at all. I did not even get a response once. Like the pet which should fuse the monsters you're getting. It is bugged and hardly ever fuse them for me. I always end up with 180 monsters and have to manualy fuse them. The 2nd issue with this game is the fact how extremely hard PAY2WIN this game has become. There are sells like 1 maxed out hero which costs 30.000 Rubies and 30.000 rubies costs around 70 € / $ that's just rediculous. I mean 70+ for just 1 hero. Have they lost their minds? You get for 110 € / $ almost nothing at all and there has been not even 1 time an offer for rubies etc. Not even once in NONE of their games. Some time ago you could get stronger by farming. Now you just buy yourself strong because runes, etc. items which makes you stronger are purchaseable at store. I just can't give the game a high score no matter how hard I love it when seeing someones power lvl 3-10 times higher than mine although I do have maxed lvl, gear, heroes but low lvl of runes because I did not buy them to get stronger. That's the only way why they are sooooo much stronger than I am. My full arch team does like max 10% damage in some raids and some other people deals like 70-90 % dmg in seconds of the whole party. Pay2Win has to get another definition to explain what's happening in this game by now. Many games which I've purchased even disappeared out of the android store made by these devs and there was 0 information about that which should be even illegal in my opinion.… Expand
