Aug 18, 2013Doom: Resurrection for the iOS is one of the best, 'on-rail" shooters you will find on the iTunes platform. It is by no means a fully functional first person shooter, but it never pretends to be either, at $0.99 for the game, you'd be hard pressed to find a better game.

Feb 25, 2011Don't judge DOOM Resurrection simply because it's "on-rails." It's actually an incredibly engaging and fun game that was truly made specifically for the iPhone. Yes, at $9.99 it's a bit pricy, but that's a worthy price to pay for one of the iPhone's best games.

Feb 25, 2011id have tried to fix the control problems of FPSs on the iPhone and have succeeded by removing movement all together. The game is a little pricey, but you'll get your money's worth.
