Jul 8, 2012This game is fantastic. I highly recommend it for anyone who likes shoot 'em up games, especially ones that are based in outer space.

Jul 3, 2012There's an awful lot to love about Darkside: it looks fantastic, it plays brilliantly, and there's an awful lot of content to be had for less than a dollar.
-
Jul 2, 2012I would have unequivocally recommended Darkside if it cost any reasonable amount. However, considering you can download it for free, you have no excuse not to check out this most excellent arcade shooter.
-
Jul 2, 2012This is a fantastic twin-stick shooter, both in its free and paid versions, and if you have any kind of love for the genre then it cannot be resisted.
-
Aug 2, 2012Darkside is an excellent Super Stardust HD clone for iOS devices. The game offers three modes, some very nice graphics, a solid gameplay and accurate touch controls.
-
Jul 11, 2012A very beautiful looking twin stick shooter that offers its players a fun experience for free, and an expanded experience if you want to pay the ninety nine cent fee.
-
Jul 6, 2012Darkside has a lot of content and 3 game modes that offer several different ways to play. It's great for a quick dose of asteroid blasting and the mission mode provides a more structured take on the twin stick shooter.
-
Jul 17, 2012In the end, Darkside may not turn the App Store on its head, but it's simple, good-looking, and proper fun, whether you give into paying or not. And sometimes, that's all you really need. Darkside doesn't innovate, but it does the genre some good.

Jul 13, 2012As a highly competent two-stick shooter, there is no reason not to recommend it. If you have fun with it for an hour and never play it again, it will have been worth your money. Chances are you will have fun with it for at least that long. But will you be playing Darkside two weeks from now? I doubt it.
