    Cthulhu Saves The World is a must-play for any RPG fans and fans of 16-bit games, who will get a kick out of its crazy story, humorous writing, loving parody of the genre, and even its challenge.

    Aside from some minor control quirks, Cthulhu Saves the World feels just as good on the iOS platform as it did two years ago on the 360 - a great pick for fans of old-school RPGs.

    It's extremely funny, the battle system is well done and the graphics and sound will whisk back to the old days of RPG goodness. It's not perfect, but anyone looking for an amusing little adventure would do well to pick this one up.

    Whether the stars are right for Cthulhu Saves the World may depend on how much you love Lovecraft. If you're just looking for a good retro-RPG, you might want to wait for the patches before giving this one a try.

    A standard dungeon-crawling JRPG, Cthulhu Saves the World is more of a cheeky love letter than a parody, and that makes it all the more enjoyable.
