    A good game for hardcore platform gamers. It's fast-moving and challenging, with simplistic retro graphics and some heavier than usual background music.

    If you fancy yourself a deft-hand at precise timing you'll get a kick out of Commander Pixman's gameplay that walks the fine line between fun and frustration; those after a casual platforming romp need not apply.

    Commander Pixman takes good old-fashioned gameplay and wraps it up in an appealing retro package which will keep adrenaline junkies sated for quite some time. The steep challenge may be a little too much for some players, however.

    So if you finished the likes of League of Evil and Mos Speedrun (see Tap! four and five, respectively) at your first attempt, this is tougher, but platform-game weeds need not apply. (Sob.)
