    Bug Princess 2 is another great shmup from Cave. Shoot 'em all and let Aki sort 'em out.

    Bug Princess 2 delivers a solid bullet hell experience with five challenging levels, huge bosses and three different game modes. One of the best shooters available on the App Store right now.

    Even though Bug Princess 2 is essentially "more of the same," I'm okay with that. Seeing as "the same" equates to an extremely responsive, intense, and downright fun iOS SHMUP I have a hard time viewing that as a bad thing. It might look a tad dated and lack some of the expanded modes of a few of Cave's other titles, but it's still awesome. So. Very. Awesome.

    Bug Princess 2 shares a ton in common with the original Bug Princess, but thanks to some key differences in scoring and completely new stages it really stands out on its own. And like Bug Princess it's also not overly complex like some later Cave titles, so for shooter newbies it remains a strong entry point to the genre.

    First impressions count, and your first impression of Bug Princess 2 will probably be 'wow', closely followed by 'good lord', as you weave and blast through its glorious waves of hellish beasts.

    Bug Princess 2 will seem like CAVE's standard fare when it comes to shooters, but if you manage to scratch the surface, you'll be faced with a challenge like you've never faced before.

    Bug Princess 2 is more badass. But it is also very much more of the same. If you can't get enough of bullet hell then this will no doubt quench your thirst. But if you are looking for something new, then you may want to look elsewhere.
