    Blood Bowl fans, rejoice! Your favorite fantasy bloodsport is now portable, thanks to iPad. But a huge caveat emptor is in effect for the uninitiated.

    Sadly, while Blood Bowl tries to stay loyal to its strategic roots rather than turn the game into just another sports title, the gameplay isn’t implemented in a clear and logical way.

    Blood Bowl has a lot to offer, though with limited appeal making it worth picking considering depending on our familiarity with the franchise. It’s worth noting that there are plenty of other complex iOS board games that have much friendlier learning curves.
