Oct 15, 2012Blade Guardian does one thing out of the ordinary, and it doesn't work well. There are a sea of tower defense titles out there, and Blade Guardian seems content to blend in.

Oct 9, 2012Without the guardian units, Blade Guardian would be a fairly generic entry in the tower defense genre. With their inclusion, the game becomes more interesting, but they are arguably more trouble than they are worth, making Blade Guardian difficult to recommend except to the most stalwart strategy fan.
