Jul 18, 2022Il gioco tratta di temi importanti come la censura e i totalitarismi, tutto ciò con dei dialoghi profondi e una trama complessa, che ti porta ad affrontare dilemmi etici e morali con meccaniche di gioco che reputo molto carine. Il gioco non è perfetto ma rimane un esperienza che secondo me va fatta assolutamente.

Jun 5, 2017Beholder is definitely a great addition to games that examine life in oppressive States, and I was glad to see that it manages to be a fun game to play despite its grim theme. With great art and music and plenty of choices, which lead to different endings, Beholder is definitely a game you should be playing.

May 24, 2017Beholder is a fascinating game that gives you a cool, clockwork world to play around in. It also tells a story about the difficulties of living in a totalitarian state, but some of that can be overshadowed by the depth of the game's mechanics and the ease with which you can undo decisions you've made. It's still a game worth playing and experiencing, but perhaps one that won't stick with you after you've played through it.
