Jan 27, 2011No matter how much people gripe about the details though, there is no denying that Aralon is the most impressive RPG to ever hit the App Store. There are others with better stories, but Aralon is the only one that forces you to live and breathe in its fantasy world.
-
Jan 27, 2011Aralon is quite simply the best RPG on the App Store. I can't really say enough about it, but man, Galoobeth and Crescent Moon have really outdone themselves.
-
Jan 27, 2011Aralon: Sword and Shadow offers just about everything you could want in a gigantic open-world RPG. If you have the time to invest, you're going to love it.
-
Jan 27, 2011I have no doubt that a game of this magnitude will continue to evolve and improve over time with new content, gameplay tweaks, and bug fixes. Still, it's a thoroughly enjoyable game as it is now, and I don't only suggest Aralon for fans of Western RPGs or expansive open-world action games, but I think every iOS gamer needs to pick up this title just to experience what is possible on this constantly expanding mobile platform.
-
Mar 5, 2011Offering a ginormous open-world environment with plenty of gameplay to keep you busy well after the holidays are over, Aralon has stormed the mountain and planted its flag to establish itself as top dog.
-
Feb 8, 2012One of those excellent App Store games which is difficult to find between so many similar games. It offers more than 30 hours of length, classic roleplaying gameplay and a lot of interesting possibilities with a great graphics engine.
-
Jan 27, 2011The scope and size of Aralon: Sword and Shadow's gameplay is only mildly dampened by the occasional odd problem, which may be off-putting for some, but they're far from game-breaking and certainly not worth depriving yourself of this great RPG.
-
Jan 27, 2011The game is a success for the most part, and despite the teething problems outlined above, the game is thoroughly enjoyable.
-
Feb 10, 2011Crescent Moon and Galobeeth Games have succeeded in creating the greatest RPG on the App Store. The first journeys on horseback, though counties and deserts, strongly remember the great adventures in Morrowind or Oblivion, but the numerous negligences and technical issues ends up ruining the overall experience. Probably the game will be better and better with the next updates, but if you are looking for a true and deep RPG you should search elsewhere.
-
Jan 27, 2011While its ambitious scale is admirable, Aralon: Sword and Shadow possesses a myriad of flaws that yield clunky, unrefined gameplay.
